My news feed works fine when in edit/preview mode but as soon as I publish, there's just a blank section on my hubpage where the news feed should be. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the news feed without solving the problem. Changing the keywords has no effect either. I'm baffled now - please help!
Can't help you there Julia, but the news feed on one my hubs seems to have been stuck on the same news for the last few weeks!
There's some limit on the Yahoo news feeds, and once the site has exceeded the limit, a problem occurs with it pulling info from Yahoo. The problem was addressed last week and corrected, but it seems to be popping up.
*Note, to prevent multiple posts on the same thing, check the forum threads first. There's already one started for this week here and here by steph.
Consider finding an RSS feed instead of using the news feature. This will prevent any problems in the future with the news feed disappearing.
