If you take a photo of a book cover yourself (e.g. for recommending it as an Amazon product), how do you deal with copyright issues? Do you ask permission from the publishers? The information is probably in here, which I'll have to read, but does anyone know offhand?

I guess permission is required. Usually there's a stipulation at the start of books to the effect that no part of a publication may be copied or stored without permission from the publishers. But does extend to the cover if it's being used to sell the book?
I included a copy of a book I own for a review I wrote. In the attribution area I wrote "from my personal library".

I am new to hubpags and am wondering where you obtain legal images to post on your hub? Obviously if the photo's or artwork is yours you are ok, but what about images pertaining to fashion or even art from research.

I recently read the article posted by the site on picture and I am curious as to how strict people are with photo use, because when I search on commercially allowable photos on Google the results leave little to be desired. I want high quality photos but I also don't want to get in trouble. For...
