We're told to remove it from our text capsules by deleting unnecessary blank lines, but meanwhile there's often plenty of it above and below short, wide ads when they get stuffed between paragraphs in text capsules. The example below shows an ad between two lines of text.
Eugene, I see beaucoup white space on all the niche sites. It's almost as distracting as a multitude of ads running through the articles. I agree: something needs to be done about the huge white space gaps.
There is no method in this madness. The ads placement regime TAG imposes on our articles is a recurring nightmare! Who I wonder is actually responsible for this outrageous strategy? Dumb down, present abstract white, repeat ....little wonder Google knocks us down each time they update. Low Status here we come, again.
Maybe we could be enlightened on how ads are placed? It appears to be after a HTML closing "p" tag. Can a delimiter/sequence string of delimiters be used instead, placed at the end of text capsules or alternatively a different HTML tag? It seems to be a company secret, or maybe no one knows because I never get an answer when I query this.

I keep reading posts on the forums about people who are "confused" about adding Amazon capsules, etc. to their hubs and then do not understand how it is that they "followed the rules" and then had their posts unfeatured. Really? I do not see any confusion whatsoever...
