    Alibaba Cloud is making me jump through hoops with the details it requires on its copyright infringement form. What do I put in here for the IPR registration location and proof?

      I think you should get an IPR from a government agency that grants intellectual rights to you content. They provide the certificate and you need to upload it. The place where you obtained that IPR is the place name that you fill in the second column.

    You are the IPR owner, so your name goes in the first box. However at the moment you only have unregistered rights so you cannot fill in the second box. Page 3 of this leaflet about IPR explains the difference between registered and unregistered. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u … in_USA.pdf
