Being on Discover is an indication that it's featured. Are you asking about the article landing on one of the Niche sites? If that is the case, go to the Help Center, study, and learn how to write quality articles so they end up on one of the Niche sites. Here's the link: https://hubpageshelp.com/

Does that mean I can now earn on Hubpages?!

You earn with Discover but not usually very much. That's why people aim for the other network sites, which typically provide more traffic and revenue.

I checked a couple of your articles and they are both too short and lacking in useful information.

You need to spend a lot of time at the Learning Center - follow the link at "Help" top right. There, you will find out what HubPages is looking for. Hint, it isn't what you have posted.

    Hi Rupert,
Does Discover help you earn any money, though?
    Cheers,
    Gaurvi.

Your articles earn money if they are published on Discover or any of the Network Sites.

You'll also need to delete this:

"I would love to know what you think. Please do let me know in your comments. This article would be nothing without your likes, comments, and social shares!"

There's no comments section and no way to 'like' articles on Discover or the majority of network sites.
