April Payment Not Processed

   Hallo hubbers,
   Since I joined hubpages 9 years ago, for the first time I did not receive payment on 28th of April despite hitting the payment threshold. The email from hubpages team indicated that PayPal told hubpages that attempts to pay me failed. On contacting PayPal, they said my account is active and in good state to receive and send payments. They needed screenshots of the error message hubpages was getting while trying to pay me. I contacted hubpages team yesterday but I couldn't get proper answers as to what happened. Did anyone encounter this payment issue on April 28th? Am worried I might miss my pay again on May 28th with lots of bills pending to pay as of now. Below is the email hubpages sent me on 28th of April:
   
   Hi Barack James,
   
   You would have normally received an Earnings Program payment via PayPal today, but we weren't able to process your payment. There is a problem associated with your Earnings Program account that prevents us from being able to send payment. We were forced to withhold payment because of the following reason:
   
   PayPal told us that our attempt to pay you failed. Please contact PayPal for further information, or associate a different PayPal account.
   
   Please follow the instructions above to correct the problem ASAP so you can be paid on schedule next month.

      We are looking into it. Most likely, it's an issue with your PayPal account.

   Okay Matt, If it is an issue Hubpages can handle I will wait. If not then I'd be happy if you give me the error message through my email so that Paypal can solve it before the next pay.

   Thanks Matt, I just got the April payment on my PayPal though money still on hold for 24 hours.
