Finally Deleted My Profile

   I backed up and deleted all my hubs in the fall, but forgot about my profile.  I finally deleted it today.  It's so sad.  I've been writing here on and off for 18 years.  I've never been active in the forums, but I did quietly lurk in them.  I found them invaluable to understanding how to write on the internet.
   
   I never really made friends here, but I still want to say goodbye before they lock us out completely.  I wish everyone the very best of luck.  I will miss this community.

      Hi, I also started deleting my hubs and like you, I felt very sad.
      I need help in deleting the hubs which were shared on partner sites, those that have the bold Hubpages heading in black. There is no delete or unpublish button so I can’t get them deleted -38 of them. Any suggestions?

         I think you will need to contact Hubpages directly and ask them if they will delete them for you.
         They stopped the content on these sites earning money and removed editing unless you asked for them to be moved back a while ago.

   I have downloaded all the hubs I want, but have so many left. Do you think they will delete them for me? And if I delete my account now will that take out all the ones left. I really do need to earn the last little penny, LOLOLO! No, seriously, I just want to make sure I get rid of the rest of my hubs.

   Farewell OldRoses. You have a lot of quality hubs, and though it's just button presses, it must have hurt to delete them. You have my admiration.

      Thank you!  I'm moving them to a website that I created:  How2GrowIt dot com.  It's still a little rough and I'm still adding hubs.  Everything is taking much longer than I anticipated.
