I read a hub recently on resizing photos and I tried the tool. It is excellent. However,I was able to resize two photos in ten minutes;and while I was resizing the third one the upload failed.I am still connected[thank goodness!] but I was trying to get the resizing done before I left for work. That plan has to be aborted as I have thirteen minutes left.
I am using my laptop instead of the desktop because the HD for one got wiped out and the other has a block. The connection here is interminably slow. However, besides being on the desktop of my laptop for easy access,I put the photos in Live Gallery. My problem is how to link from Live Gallery to Hubpages or vice versa.Even if I can batch resize that would be great. I have signed up for Multiply.com but that is another matter. Please help as I need the photos for two hubs that are waiting to be published.Thanks.
Copy the photos to your computer, in my pictures folder, then when you click edit on the photo capsule, select my computer, select image, then click load. It is very fast.
Are you serious? There is no edit on the photo capsule. Otherwise I would have used it and speed up the process of uploading. However, if it is there, please enlighten me. Right now, I can eat dinner, do laundry and return to find tha thubpages has not uploaded one photo! How many pixels do I need for it to take that long?.Thanks for your help though.

I joined Hubpages about six days ago, but my adsense affiliation was rejected. I never copied anything from other sites except upload photos from the web. My photos are not my own. I got a reply from adsense which I pasted below :Unacceptable site content:In order to participate in Google AdSense,...

Thank you to everyone who reported problems with the photo capsule. A new release just went out that fixed a big issue with Internet Explorer that was causing all kinds of problems and understandable stress for a number of users. I apologize for this, especially because it took so long to track it...

Like probably most of us, I have thousands of images I took myself that would be useful in hubs. Not necessarily my own, as I have more photos than I could possibly use.Instead of all of us having to go searching for images on the web we can legally use, what about have our very own Hubpages gallery...

I am brand new to Hub Pages, and trying to set up my first hubs. I am having problems using the photo editor. I don't seem to be able to get the photo editor to work properly for me. After finally resizing a photo, or THINKING I had succeeded, nothing showed up as far as results were...

Each time I go to My Photos in the My Accounts Section, there seems to be a glitch. Also each time I attempt to access My Photos in Upload Pictures, it doesn't respond. Does anyone else have this problem? I have recently updated to Internet Explorer 11.
