I've done it in the past and I know it's simple but i can't for the life of me remember.

click on the hub you want to delete. Right on top is the black bar with three options: edit/stats/delete.
You could always edit instead of deleting though; except the url, everything else can be changed.

I originally began the hub as a poem only -- then I got so involved in research of the place where I wrote the poem that I changed the title to an Educational/historical site hub. However, I had saved the hub unpublished before I changed the title and category. Now the link is still the poem title...
