I am a amazon affiliate already do I need to put my own amazon affiliate linking code inside the hubpage or just the code from the product. And if I do place a link from the product do I still get earnings from it.
You put Amazon products in your Hubs by adding an Amazon capsule. You only need to enter the ASIN or ISBN number.
You can't use any of the widgets or codes that Amazon provides.
So long as you've pasted your ID into your account settings, all your Amazon capsules are linked to it automatically.
I thought we *could* use amazon codes, at least concerning in a simple text (not actual amazon ads straight from amazon unless you use a capsule - like you said) link with your affiliate tracking id in there, right? The hub just needs to be set on 'high' ads because it would be considered commercial at that point. At least, that's what I gathered from it.
You can use a simple amazon link in your text without a problem.

For my first hub I asked my mom if it would be alright for me to do a review of her book. She agreed and I wrote one up. I am confused about putting a product on my hub. I can do the product, but if I try to imbed the description, it is HTML. I cannot find an answer at Amazon or in the FAQ here. I am a new associate. Thanks.

I have been an Amazon affiliate for more years than I can remember but I just received an email from them saying my account has been terminated due to adult content on my site. Knowing that I don't own any adult sites, and even if I did I would know not to put my Amazon links on the site, I...
