Wouldn't it be nice to have small print for the credits and references?
I notice that most people have very few pictures, and I thought that maybe good pictures might make the ads less visible and are therefore not desirable, but if I would like to put in pictures anyway, I have to list the credits, and that adds too much of a tail to a hub.
I also know that readers check a reference once in a 100 years approximately, and so that information could ne be printed really small.
Have you considered adding the credits and references in the caption slot? That uses small print...
The credits are often long and not pretty: the type of license given is longish and sounds highly technical and then comes the location of the license, an internet address. And unless I am mistaken, HubPages does not allow tinyurl addresses all over the place.
I sometimes do both - give credit in the capsule and also at the end of the Hub. I prefer to give as much credit as possible as I am very appreciative of people's hard work.
Often I create another capsule and entitled a section "In appeciation" or "references and citations" Within here I prefer to add a link directly.
I gree with Blue Parrot the full size text detracts from the subject. Additionally, I always try to give the FTC Disclosure - IF I had a smaller font or a separate capsule designed just for the by the way I would most certainly use it on a regular basis.

Hi all I've created 6 pictures in one capsule. Now I thought from what I read it should turn into a slideshow once I have 5 or more pictures. Some say it's done automatically and others say it is an option once you create more than 5 pictures. Sorry for sounding dumb with this but are slideshows...

The biggest issue I have with all capsules having to be full width is that there now seems to be no provision for sidebar content. I've had to eliminate several sidebar text capsules because although they have supplementary information that would be useful for the reader, they just can't be fitted...

....or is that already the case? There's a lot of discussion that links in photo capsules are often "unrelated". Many people are going to great lengths to create separate text boxes for photo credits etc. If we could just get the "Source URL" box in the photo capsule...

Why can I no longer indent each new paragraph in the text capsules? I noticed this a while back-I went to do some editing on an older hub and when I saved the capsule, the indent was gone. This drives me crazy! I prefer the look of indented paragraphs because I think it makes the text look neater...

Is it possible to add a feature to links within text and to the photos to opt to have the link open in a new window? This would allow the reader to stay on the original page. Bounce rates rise every time someone leaves a page before reading the entire article, for whatever reason. If relevant links...

Most of my hubs are recipes. I strive with each hub to create a rich environment with a story; detailed lists of ingredients, instructions, equipment and supplies needed; suggested variations; lots of photos; and the occasional video, Amazon suggested purchase, external link, and/or poll. My...
