Most of my hubs are recipes. I strive with each hub to create a rich environment with a story; detailed lists of ingredients, instructions, equipment and supplies needed; suggested variations; lots of photos; and the occasional video, Amazon suggested purchase, external link, and/or poll.
My recipes have been favorably accepted. However, there is one thing missing--the ability to easily print a recipe from a hub. I would love for this to be made available in the future. I am envisioning creating a hub as described above and then, when all of the content is done, doing a cut and paste into a separate capsule at the bottom of the hub to create a simple print file. Is this something that HP could work on developing?
There used to be a great print function specific for recipes - it was exceptional. I remain sad that it has gone away and now I find myself on other sites that offer the print function.
I completely agree!
I was thinking about that just the other day after I published a recipe hub.

Don't know if this could be an easy addition or major update to HubPages, but I was hoping if there would be a way to add a capsule that is capable of being "printable."This would come in handy and very reader-friendly to viewers on Hubs such as Recipes. I could think of others as well,...

I've fallen into a hub strategy lately of composing the entire text of my hub in the HP editor (I don't always work from the same computer, so working with Word documents or other files would be a hindrance). I then break the text up based on my headings and give each one its own text capsule...

Okay, to start with, the features in the capsules we have are already pretty awesome, and my hat is off to the programmers for coming up with all these utilities. There is one additional feature that would be on my wish list, and that would be the option to "drag and drop" photo and map...

As a person who has devloped several sites and works with the web, I am very disappointed in the "Start a new hub format page". Everytime I try to start something on that page it keeps saying something stupid and it never allows a simple easy process to let you work through. YOu need a...

I give! I've searched the first 3 or 4 pages of "Getting Help" Forum and I've read the entire Link's Capsule section in the Learning Center (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/using-hubtool). That Hub, by the way, has a large number of Quick Links in it. How do you create a list of topics...

I have hubs that I think qualify to be in two different groups. I would love to see this feature. What about you?
