Maybe I just have a REALLY bad memory, but I was scrolling down hubbers I follow to see which hubs I fancied reading, and I noticed the very last one. I don't remember the hubbers name at all, his hubscore is 1, and when I went to his profile to check him out, he has no hubs, and 3 followers, of which i am one. Yet he has an accolade for having published 50 hubs I think it was. Anyway, the point is, I don't remember following him, has this ever happened to anyone else? I feel like I'm going mad...it's been a long day...lol
Sounds like an account that has been banned, or someone who has left. If in doubt, contact HubPages directly.
I have noticed a couple of people that I never remembered following too.
You are probably pretty selective, so you'd likely remember?
There are a few folks that I remember following but no longer remember why.... their interests and mine don't overlap at all.
Not that I know of
But who knows it might be a bug or somebody might have found a way to do just that.
Mysterious indeed if that ever happens.
Thank you all! Yes it probably could be the start of a thriller. I have done what I should have done last night and simply quit following him. Thank-you Relache for pointing out the obvious! lol

Have you noticed that the high earners on HubPages appear to follow very few writers themselves?Could it be said then, that it is more important to have a following than it is to follow back other writers and Are we spending too much time commenting at the cost of writing new content?

How does someone on hubpages get a large following without writing hubs? When I am hub hopping, I have noticed that there are many people with little or no hubs and they have hundreds of followers. I see that some of them are following many people and I understand the reciprocity factor but I don't...

I just checked my email and saw I had notifications that I had six new followers. I checked all these and found none of them have any hubs and all joined 4 hours ago. All are shown as following between 80 and 150 people. Has anyone else noticed this sudden spike in followers?

Has anyone noticed this problem? I was looking at people that follow me and noticed that many of them are showing that I don't follow them when I know that I always have. Has anyone noticed this problem too?
