Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as your application is currently in review. Within a week of your application date, we'll review your application and follow-up with you via email. Once you are approved to join AdSense, you'll be able to log in to your account and get started.
Now that is indeed odd. The only thing I can think of to ask is if you have done the email confirmation procedure(s) yet. Check your previous correspondence to see if you have missed anything that you are supposed to do. Good Luck!
Google was supposed to send you some emails that you need to reply to before they will open your account.
If they have not sent you any emails, I don’t know what more to say.

What Would Happen if you didn't Approve a comment?Under new comments there is 2 buttons... APPROVE and SPAMBut what happens if you press neither? If nothing, then is the approve button really neccasary? or should it just be a default until you hit Spam?
