Problem with my Hubs....
I'll agree with Shades on this.
On another thought, the only hubs that can be short that are not considered substandard are "poem" or "poetry" hubs.
Poems/Poetry are artistic in nature, so those can be short. Otherwise, all other "articles" you write should be as Shades pointed out.

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.
