Theyre showing in red and say
Substandard Quality: This Hub does not conform to the HubPages community standard of quality.
This hub needs to be revised before it can be published."
There's no swear words or anything in any of them.
Mega confused right now....
I can only see one hub, the Facebook one. The writing seems fine, but it is very short. If you have others that are that short or shorter, that might be part of the problem.
Typically you want around 500 words at least, and 1100-1500 seems to be a fairly agreed upon (but by no means a rule) size for a hub.
On another thought, the only hubs that can be short that are not considered substandard are "poem" or "poetry" hubs.
Poems/Poetry are artistic in nature, so those can be short. Otherwise, all other "articles" you write should be as Shades pointed out.

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.

Is a short hub considered substandard? Can a hub be flagged as substandard for being too short? I have recently published short hubs, and I fear that they may soon be considered substandard. Sometimes hubs are simply short, but having relayed useful information.

You all know the hubs I'm referring to, right? The hubs with pictures of beautiful women from India, Pakistan, etc., and a dozen or more links to sites for "the belly button" or whatnot?I flag these, either as low quality or adult -- but isn't there something that can be done to...
