whats wrong with writing a hub about it instead...why do the HP forum users need to know about it?
That blog is about the importance of planting trees, I wanna spread it.
It's not allowed period. You need to spend some time reading the rules and information that HP has pulled together. Your questions in this forum are usually very basic and could be answered with a little bit of effort on your part.
Put a link to it on your profile, that's what the rest of us do.

I posted a topic on, 'I will definitly publish 70 hubs a week because I got time for that'. Nelle Hoxie and Marisa Wright advised me to review and have good layout on my hubs, also I need to write over 800 words for my hubs to be ranked by google. Today I check my hubs and they're all been flagged...

So I've worked on my novel for the past 3 years, finally buckled down and finished it this year. Just recently published it on Amazon Kindle, and I'm so very excited about it. The thing is, I don't know how to promote myself in the best way. And I don't have a ton of $$$ to spend on website design...
