I am a moroccn living in Halifax working in the sphere of education . i see here many people prefer colleges to universities i still dont know why , do you have any idea ?
plus if is there any hubber here who is enroled in a university in halifax ?
I don't think it makes any difference. A university is just a collection of colleges under one name.
