I am in the first stages of setting up a shopping site for chinese stuff. Our only advantage, apart from being in China, is being able to handle and translate chinese to English and vice versa.
Anything anyone thinks we should know BEFORE we start ?
Any suggestions for better ways of going about it ?

Hi China Man, I would suggest looking for Hubs on business marketing, promotion and advertising. I'm sure there are a lot of articles. hope that helps.
Use the search bar to find what you are looking for and there are a lot of articles on business promotion I'm sure. not many support doing the work for you. Sorry
