i only have 2 links to my blog! why do I even post an article here if I cant link it to my website?

I left the post with only one link and still identified it with over promotional content! I talk about my self, what I learn and Introduction of how to do what I learned!!!

What is the promotion on that!?

Leave out the self promotion and backlink from your blog instead, then write your blog address in your profile information if you want people to visit it.

Why not place your website link on your profile page, then link from your hubs to your profile?

Were the links relevant to the content of the hub? Does the hub stand alone as a complete thought without needing to click on links? Did you publish multiple hubs linking to the same site?

Any hub that exists primarily for the purpose of directing traffic back to your site is likely to be flagged, no matter how much you gussy it up.

well only 2 links per hub.. ive written 3 in less than 24 hours!

and I just link it to a source of something that I mention that it is not entirely explained in the hub.

I thought I could do 2 links to the same domain name.

My articles are about Super Nintendo games; Rare super nintendo games. Some stuff is a bit to techie or not all the readers might understand, so I link to my page where I explain that.

If you read the FAQ entry on over-promotion, you'll see that your chosen strategy of introducing the topic here and then trying to drive the reader to your other site for the explanation is one of your key problems.  If you are just here to get backlinks, you'll just keep running headlong into a wall.  You have to create original and complete articles on this site.

    The problem is this:

If HP allowed everyone to include links to their other sites, product or information - google/search engines would no longer consider articles here to be "good" content.  The entire reputation of the site depends on insuring quality.  Otherwise we are just another re-direct site (which most people skip through) and we all suffer.  If you are here to provide good content, then do so.  Otherwise you are better off posting in video game forums and social networking sites.  I hope that was helpful.

Have you tried Redgage or Digg? Those might be more appropriate for what you want.

I'm saying that if your goal is to promote your own website, it's allowed on those websites. You won't be penalized. If your site is a blog, you can also post to technorati when you update your blog. Those are all reputable sites with good rankings.

Well, I already deleted all the links. I like this place to post articles. I just won't post as often as I had planned due to this (once a day).

Have you read what the FAQ has to say about this?

My Hub was moderated for being overly promotional; what does that mean?
Purely promotional offers and Hubs designed only to promote other sites or businesses are not allowed. In particular, the following actions are likely to get your Hubs identified as overly promotional:

including more than 2 links to any one domain
linking to the same domain in the body of the text AND in an RSS feed
short "teasers" with links to "read more" at another site
linking to sites/pages/Hubs that are unrelated to your Hub's topic
including links to a page that contains largely the same content as your Hub
Please note that promotional links are links that you have any interest in promoting (your blog, your Website, affiliate offers, etc.). Links to well-known Web resources which you don't have any personal interest in (like Wikipedia, news sites, encyclopedias, open directories, etc.) are exempt from this limitation.

yea, I got the first warning, with 2 links, then I deleted all my links, but still I got my account in probation. i don't know if that e-mail was late.

Your account is going to stay moderated/in probation until you demonstrate a consistent pattern of making Hubs that comply with content and linking guidelines.  Unfortunately a quick fix doesn't reverse account probation.
