I thought I was signing up to write to make money but after I signed up, the make money writing disappeared????
First of all, click on "Help" and read the information there. It should answer most of your questions.
Then read some of the many Hubs about Hubbing. This one's a good start:
You'll notice in the "Help" that it explains how you can sign up to make money, but it emphasises that shouldn't be your main motivation for joining.
There are people here who are making money, but they are working hard at it. Firstly, they know how to write an interesting, informative magazine-style article with photos, videos etc. Secondly, they've learned how to choose hot topics and optimise their articles for search engines, and thirdly, they spend a lot of time promoting their work around the internet.
Finally, HubPages isn't really a blogging site. If you want to try blogging for money, you could try Blogger.com.
Hope that helps!
