Today I visit question section then see a question which posted by "riyaindependent" about call girls.
He/She posted atleast 12 hubs also & more than 3 forum questions started in different forums of hubpages. Also joining time more than 90 mins means 1-1/2 hours.
My question is "why spammers deletion process so slow ?" because they make hubpages dirty in all manner & its quality. If any new visitor visit such things then what effect on him about hubpages. Anyway I flag this profile
It depends a bit on the day and time in California I think, but they soon get the axe.
Perhaps, but the problem is there is nothing preventing them from recreating yet another profile. They simply then do the exact same thing over, and over again.
I am actually on the suggestion forums asking for input on this exact topic. I am hoping if enough people comment (and HP Staff reads it) that perhaps something will be done. I recommended requiring approval of writers similar to Suite101 or similar sites.

Either skip reading it or flag it. The system can't be perfect. One side you have people like you complaining about the dirty stuff that stays up for more than two seconds, and on the other hand you have people complaining because their legitimate hubs get shut down by the bots because they use a hot-button word that the spiders missinterpret. So, HP has to find a balance.
So, if it offends you and you think it voilates TOS, flag it. There's no perfect solution.
I dont think you have anything to worry about, spam gets removed pretty quickly, and if they just recreate a profile, it will just get deleted again.
It has me dumbfounded that on every other forum you can think of, there are appointed moderators located all over the world to take care of these things.
The only moderators here seem to be Hubpage team. Working 9 to 5 and five days a week.
I guess one could describe the running of a forum as sophisticated and un-sophisticated.
In the meantime we have to put up with the spam crap, but then again, it is our choice to do so.
Personally I would love to head a UK based Hubpages moderation job when I return to the UK in a few years!

As mentioned in this thread: http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/75200There are many spammers who still have thousands of hubs up, even if they are on probation. Obviously flagging an account doesn't work so for those of us who are still trying to help Hubpages in any way - adopt a SPAM account and...

I did a search on this first and didn't find anything related. I'm not sure if this is spamming or not. I got a 'fan mail' from a user who is now 'following' me. However, upon looking at their profile, they only have 1 hub, have been here 5 months with over 1k followers. Looking at their recent...
