Oops I accidentally hit the submit button.. The question was
How does one get those lovely horizontal lines?
you can make your own and insert it into a photo capsule.
green lotus has a hub about how to do it. OR
you can also google 'divider lines' or 'divider images' and find just about any kind you want. if you're looking for a specific kind, google the specific type, like christmas divider lines or elegant or whatever. then insert them into a photo capsule.
You can use the photo capsule and insert an image of a "line." Save it without caption and you have the line.
I make my own with Microsoft PowerPoint. I insert the line into a slide, add color, adjust the thickness I want and save as an jpeg image. Then I just insert it in my hub.
