When I post my profile photo, Hub cuts off my chin. I've tried to crop the headshot by clicking on the Control key and dragging the mouse so that my chin is included in the frame, but the yellow cropping box doesn't work or allow me to crop the photo so my chin appears.
Please help. Thanks.
When all else fails:
Keep all other applications closed.
Try, try again.
Edit: If that doesn't work, then the HP glitches are spreading...
Every time I've changed my profile pic, it asks me to crop it--whether it needs cropping or not. You need to start out with a pic that has plenty of background so that it won't crop head-parts off.
The box for cropping is not adjustable in size. You can drag it around, but that's it. You'll most likely have to find a different photo or alter it's size.
