as i logged in today in adsense account..it asked me to accept new terms and condition..is it routine ...did anyone got this too?

I am in Russia and no changes for me. I don't think it is a serious change anyway. Just press the OK and go further
There are NO changes in adsense TOS per se for Africa or Thailand. Only this - four new countries from Africa, and Thailand - will be able to get Western Union Payments (As per http://adsense.blogspot.com/)

well to differentiate between new and old , i must know what were old ones?...i signed long time back so i dont remember that...i read and it was general ...one ...it can be found in resources section too...but it made me accept again which made me wonder that is it just me or some one else too got something like this?
