I have been wondering about this for a long time and wondered whether the HP trackers reduce the SEO benefit of links. For example will a backlink be to the page with the tracker but not say to your hub meaning it will not help as much for improving SERP and getting indexed?
I have seen others ask this question too and would like to know an answer.
EDIT Sorry I meant trackers in the title!

supposedly they are 301 redirects and you are retaining your juice
