I think it is cool if we allowed to change the titles of hubs after they are published. After publishing we get to know that some key words are performing better than the ones in the title so would like to add them in to the title. Ofcourse there is the new tool Title Tuner but it does not allow me to change the titles of some hubs.
You can go into edit mode on any of your hubs and change the title any time you like and as often as you like - it is the url that you cannot change
CMHypno has told you what you can do... you will also be greatly helped by reading all this from FAQ's and the learning center, you will find it very helpful. Just click on help and you have all the info you need at your finger tips.
Wrylilt has a hub on all that you need to know as a newbie or something to that effect.. check it out.

Did some of you noticed an option Title tuner in hubpages? It suggests you how to tune your title to get more traffic. It worked for me. There was 3 fold increase in trafic when I just added a key word hubpages suggested me in mzy title

Do you change the titles of your hubs for the holidays?What I mean is if you have for example a regular old recipe hub, do you change the title to include upcoming holiday words like Christmas in order to attract more viewers?
