  Can't upload new profile photo

  I tried to change my profile photo, but now I just have a black spot where my photo used to be. I have tried using different photos in different sizes, but nothing works. Hopefully, someone can help me.

  Can't upload background picture on new profile.

  I've tried several differen't pictures but I keep getting the same message:Sorry, We cannot process the image you tried to upload. Please try a different file.The images are JPEG's Dimension circa 1600 x 1200, 422 KB. Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

  What better way to usher in Christmas in our community than by jazzing up our Profile Photos to reflect the season! I know you have a favorite Christmas photo stashed somewhere! Or just photoshop an old one like what I did! Spread the LOVE
