In designing a Hub Page, are there guidelines for the proper use of horizontal lines?
How do I know when I use too many horizontal lines?
Do horizontal lines help the click through rate?
no guidelines or obstacles. you can use as many as you wish
it enhances the appearance sometimes. Not sure about the impact on CTR

I just logged in and it shows every single one of my hubs highlighted in pink, to need review. The majority of these were well trafficked and featured hubs or editor's choice. Did something happen?
