I don't think there's a maximum number of pictures a hub can have. But the amount of prose should dominate the content of the hub.. the pictures should support the story of the hub rather than a hub which is more like a picture gallery.
If your hub is picture dominant it should be in the entertainment and media category other wise it will get flagged for wrong category selection as WE mentioned. Again, if you have hub with 30 pics but 600 word you can categorize it content wise.
There is a special category for photo galleries; placing them elsewhere is not allowed.

I'm making a list with 25 entries. Each entry needs a few lines to explain why it's there. Is it prudent to have 25 text capsules, or should I just embolden/bullet-point the subtitles and put the whole lot within a single text capsule?

Can a hub have too many photos?Do you think a hub can have too many images/phots added? I like to add photos to my hubs as I think they make them nicer to look at and read and break up the text. But while reading other hubs I have have noticed that a lot have fewer and often none at all.

I know thats a bit harsh but come on.I was just hub hopping and every 6 out of ten hubs were total duplicate content. So many of them were taken right from Wikipedia. Then we hear "why is my score so low". It is great that hubpages started hub hopping. Now we can see what...
