I am confused. Few things to be noted:
~ You don't create website in hubpages rather you create separate hubs that are each unique hubpages.
~ It's not blogging platform and you don't need to add contents to your hub regularly rather you are supposed to write a separate new hub with a new url.
~each unique hub should have at least 500s word to be treated as a quality hub.

Hubpages is not a blogging service, it is an article service. Each article you write is seperate. You can link a series of Hubs with hyperlinks, but each one will need a new url.
