I have written a hub, but it is not being published.
It is long enough.
I have inserted a photo in it.
It is formatted using bold font weight and paragraphs.
I do not find reason why it is not being published. :-(
Please suggest something.

Did you click the "Publish Now" button? I assume so, but since you didn't put it in the list of things you did, I thought I'd ask. Sometimes the most obvious things are the things we forget to do.
He does have a warning message above his hub, see here: http://hubpages.com/question/93323/my-h … medies-too
Hundred words would be marked as substandard.. unless it is poetry.. you need to make it at least 500 words long written in acceptable English and should be original. Hope that helps!
Try to add more words using proper keywords and also try to use the link module, and then resubmit it.
All the best.

Do you include a copyright notice in your articles? Why or why not?I never do this, but I see that a lot of folks on here do. Just wondering what the opinions are out there.

So, I have finally finished my goal of writing 100 hubs but I have not published them yet as I'm practically frightened of what HP will do with them. I feel like I have been "flagged" meaning I just imagine the HP team seeing my new hub and going "oh that trouble maker again.. go on...
