Links To Your Own Hubs?

When I write an article I am asked to 'suggest links'.  Recently I have seen a few of my own articles appear when I am suggesting links.  Is it acceptable to link to your own hubs when suggesting links?

Absolutely.  Interlinking your related Hubs and anchoring those links to relevant keywords will help your search engine rankings.

I mean what is the best practice to interlink so that search engine rankings will improve.

Is there any maximum limit that a hub can interlink to other hubs ( own hub + others hub)?

don't spam links, but having several in site links is definitely beneficial.

I normally link 3 to 7 times inside the hub.

The linking pages are own hubs, other hubs, wikipedia and hubpages topics.

            Is that ok? Please advice
