When writing or editing each hub do I have to go to settings and tick the box "Content meets the conditions of the Google AdSense Program Policy" in order for my adsense id to show up on each of my hubs?
You do not, since that is the default setting and ads are enabled by default.

Are ad settings totally controlled by HubPages or do the settings in my Adsense account have a bearing on what will be displayed? If so, is it a good idea to select categories relevant to a niche site?

Does anyone know if HubPages plans to put the accounts page back in some order so it is like it use to be with the highest scored hub at the top and hubs not published at the bottom?

I wonder if anyone else has noticed that hub scores have to be sorted manually in order to see them in numerical order every time you go to the stats page. Strange, I have never had this happen before.
