I know I can block my own IP on Google Analytics, which I do, but it would be cool to stop my visits from showing up in my hubs. It's probably #1 on my HubPages wish list.
For new Hubbers especially this would be helpful to block at least the stats from our own visits.
On the other hand, it does motivate me to finish. If I see I have visited that Hub 47 times and it is still not published, it tells me something - it showcases the hard word I will let die on the vine IF I don't follow through.
