I second that. And will add, write more quality and evergreen content.

You will have to practice a combination of keyword research and backlinking.
You guys have to remember, without content, you won't make any revenue.
Content, traffic, marketing. If you're not driving traffic, and you're not properly optimizing your pages for good revenue, then you need to think through.
I know content sites depending on traffic - do great, with Kontera or Vibrant Media.
