It depends. I was approached by an Indian company for a link exchange. They had a .com domain, but wanted to put my link on a .in domain buried in the back with no link from the main .com domain.
lol - I told them what I thought of them
Ok. Misha, weblog and Mark, here is what I have in mind.
I have two PR 3 blogs and few with no page rank. I can place your link on my PR 3 blogs. In return I want you to place a link to my blog with no PR on your blog or site with some PR. I would like to know your opinion about this sort of link exchange.
Best Regards
Are you talking blogroll or a single page? Also, if you are talking single pages, I can give you text to put my links on. Actually I can do this for anybody who is willing to participate
I'd love to help (and be helped), but my site doesn't have any PR yet, I'm still working on that in my spare time.
Shirley, you have to have at least two sites for this arrangement to work. If you do, I personally don't have any problem with your PR.
EDIT. Actually you do - you have hubs, and your own site - so you may place links on hubs in exchange for links to your site
Hey, I hadn't thought of it that way, thx Misha! Actually then, I have 3 since I also post at PrintNPost.
You can count me in. I have 2 PR4 blogs, 2 PR3, 3 PR2 and several unranked ones.
It would be better if we could have some relevance to the exchanges and I have 6 that are property related, one soccer, one cubicle culture, one yacht painting, one recipes, and several that deal with random subjects. Plus around 20 that are in foreign languages.
I seem to remember suggesting this to some one a while ago
Edit - I am not interested in any links from hubpages. I have quite a few of those
LOL I am interested in all links - as long as they are one way
I have a lively.com chatroom and will put any links in that for ya... would need a text file though with links to all hubpages that you wish to be linked...
ProCW
I'm a fan of link exchanges - a link exchange link is better than no link!
needs to be text for easy copy/paste (hubpages only please) (no trackers please)
just copy and paste your hub links here with no link to them... only text and i'll just copy/paste away... can accommodate hundreds of links... eventually thousands... when i build other lively chat rooms.
boy, i'm nice... hehe
example...
http://hubpages.com/hub/what_ever_your_hub_title_is_1
http://hubpages.com/hub/what_ever_your_hub_title_is_2
http://hubpages.com/hub/what_ever_your_hub_title_is_3
i can then just copy it to a text file and go from there
cool... look forward to it... it'll keep me busy for a little while.

Is there a way to get rid of unwanted traffic sites that attach a link to our hubs without our knowledge? I try to individually monitor my hubs for suspicious traffic and have written two letters to the offender who has sent me 8 visits on one hub this week. Now HubPages has marked my hub with a...

I am working on one of my new websites - and I want to link back to my hubs here. How many times is this OK to do on a website page before it is overkill?

In reviewing my traffic sources recently, I noticed that I was getting traffic from a site called traffup.com, which I had never heard of before. I went to the site and signed up for it to see what it was all about, and found that someone had posted a link there to one of my hubs. I thought...

I've seen some hubs with affiliate links on them... such as from Commission Junction. Is there a HubPages policy on using these types of links?

Hi,I've had a worrying automated message on one of my hubs which states "warning your hub appears to be receiving traffic from a traffic exchange" I've back linked all my hubs in the same way. I do not understand what this means. Has anyone else received warnings like this?
