At work we are having a Biggest Loser contest, with weekly weigh-ins, zero-one-two dollar payments for weight gain or loss, and lots of rivalry.
Our first weigh-in is on Monday.
Currently I am eating a double-bacon cheeseburger, a huge soda, and onion rings. I'm trying to bulk up.
Salty food for Sunday and loads of water on Monday.
Then the suffering begins!!!
Just kidding, it'll be fun and I intend to stick to a good, proper diet and workout plan going forward.
It's a tv show about people trying to lose weight.
They are very overweight.
The one to lose the highest percentage wins.
Many people are playing their own versions at home or work. It's meant of be competitive fun and encourage people to get in better shape.
