   Is there a full guide to this somewhere.  I am specifically looking at what the payment threshold is and whether payment occurs automatically when it is reached?

      In my case, I started to join the program March 3, then I got paid the first time April 20 directly in my Paypal account with an email from the HP staff informing me about the payment.

         Congratulations prettydarkhorse! I joined HP Ad just last weekend, and I can say that I'm well impressed with the earnings so far on HubPages Ad Program. I'm thankful to HubPages for this great foresight. At least it makes up for Adsense.

      They go down because hubpages ad program replaces some of your adsense ad slots. So you no longer have 3 adsense slots on each article, reducing the earnings quite drastically.

   Although I am a bit late at posting a reply to this forum, I just would like to say it is an added motivation for me to produce better quality hubs to have the HubPages AdProgram.
