My first month of Hubpages:
1500 views (400 the last 3 days when I started backlinking)
$00.15 earned on google adsense
(Just starting backlinking the beginning of week 4, so need time to mature)
Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong, or just need the usual few months for my website to mature and gain popularity? Just want to make sure I'm not messing up!
Thanks in advance.
Welcome to Hubpages!
You sound like you're doing well. I would suggest though, that you take yourself to the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread and open a thread with a few (3) Hub links, so your work can be critiqued. This will allow you to make necessary changes and improve upon your writing.
Btw- be careful about revealing too much information with regards to Adsense, click and earnings, because you can lose your account and earnings, if you display the wrong information. I would suggest re-reading your TOS for Google Adsense to get a better understanding.
Thanks Cagsil! I'm going over to the extreme hub makeover now to check it out.
and thaks for the tip about not mentioning adsense earnings . wasn't aware of that .. shamethough as people inevitable want to compare and see how they are doing

I could not find anything like this in the help section, is there something else I need to...

Currently I'm signed up with Google Adsense and I've been debating whether I should sign up for the Hubpages Earning Program because I'm hesitant to give out my tax information. Or should I worry about this only after I have a decent amount of traffic coming to my hubs?

Basically, I mean that us hubbers put countless hours of work into writing one quality hub after another which in turn increases hubpages revenue, which allows them to enjoy the fruits of its writers dedication and labor. I know writing on hubpages is presented to us like hubpages is doing all us...

I was wondering if Hubpages offer a revenue sharing HTML code that can be implemented into the hubpages members own websites. The Hubpages Ad programme seems to work better than google adsense in respect of how much can be earned per 1000 page views, I would much rather have hubpages adverts being...

My Adsense earnings this month from HubPages was only 40% of what I normally earn with HubPages and for the first time in several months I did not make a payout in Amazon this month. However, the saving grace was some of my blogs which earned double of what they normally were earning and the...
