I have an issue with my PC. this is what happened. My PC, an IBM ThinkCentre, running on Windows XP, used to give trouble in loading got stuck. My friend recommended that I restore factory settings and I did as I was told. But after restoring I ended up with an OS completely in Chinese. I did not have a clue of what to do, so I posted on the net and got some responses which asked me to do it again and lookout for any option that requests to set the Language of the OS. I tried it. The PC restored, but when it started to reboot, a command prompt window appeared saying "Now preparing to start your new computer..
Type the name of the Command Interpreter (e.g. , C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM)) A>_"
I don't know what has to be typed in. can someone please help me?
