Impressions on Overlapped Ads

The title video partially overlaps the ad on the right sidebar. Does this affect impressions? Also the close "x" on the video is still hidden by the footer ad. The video has to be dragged upwards to expose the button.

I was unable to reproduce this, "The title video partially overlaps the ad on the right sidebar.". What device and operating system are you using? Which site? I will look into the issue with the footer ad covering the X on the video.

I'm using Windows 10 on a Legion Y530 laptop with a 15.4"  Display resolution is 1920 x 1080. It happens on Owlcation and Dengarden. I haven't tried any of the other sites.

I just checked and my "Change the size of text, apps and other items" was set to 125%. Changing it to 100% resolved the overlapping issue. However this makes text tiny and difficult to read. So I'm sure many people have the setting at 125% just like me (125% is the recommended setting). 100% is probably fine on a larger > 15" monitor

Just bumping this up again. The video covers half the ad on the right sidebar.
Is anyone else noticing this on desktop?
My "Scale and layout" in Display under Windows Settings is by default set to the recommended 125%. I'm not sure whether this varies, depending on the size of a monitor.
Is anyone else experiencing this? If I set the value to 100%, there is no overlap, but I guess a lot of people have a 125% setting.

Try enlarging your web browser window. We could reproduce this only if we significantly reduced the window size.

I use a Chromebook (14" I believe), with a medium font size (not sure what that means exactly, but it is the recommended setting) and 100% zoom. The video overlaps that ad on all niche sites for me.

If I try to increase zoom, the ad stays at the top of the article at 125%, but the article becomes unreadable because the text is too big. At 110% the video covers more of the ad and pushes the article text farther to the left.

Same here. 125% is the recommended scale & layout setting that Windows 10 suggests for a 15.4" screen. Changing the setting to 100% fixes the overlap problem, but makes text unreadable because it's too small. Zooming out in the browser also fixes the overlap, but again text becomes very small.
