Not able to update Tax Information and Paypal details

    I tried to activate Hubpages Ad Program by clicking on configure and then by clicking on Submit Tax Information / Associate a Paypal Account.I was asked some security questions which I am sure I have answers correctly because that's the same questions and answers I have for my other 2 accounts on HubPages but it kept on repeating the questions again and again preventing me access to update the information to activate the Hubpages Ad Program. I have absolutely no clue what to do now. Please help!

      Well are you using firefox or google chrome?  i know hubpages usually works a lot better on those internet servers. if you already are, then i'd probably try to contact the hubpages staff if i were you.

        I use both! I thought first I would post here than trouble anyone in person first. If I cannot activate the program by the end of the day I would probably have to do that only.

      EDIT: P.S. Are you sure all of your accounts have been invited to the program? Just because one or two have it doesn't mean they all have.

    Maybe you need to answer another set of security qs, you said you answered same qs with your first two accounts? I am not sure though if this is causing it..

    Any issues should be directed to Hubpages directly! It's easier and could save you time and stress!
