      Yes, you can have two outbound links .. you can link to your blogs.

        Addition to Sofs' comment- any more than 2 links will be flagged for "overly promotional".

        You are allowed to link to any other domain, but you can only do it with 2 links. And, be careful, where you link to, because according to TOS of Google Adsense and Hubpages, specific links are not allowed and could violate your privileges of both.

        Just a thought.

      Apparently, English isn't your first language. So, please take your time, in responding and reading of the posts, that give you answers.

      You should be able to communicate with others, so you can be as clear as possible.

      If you want to add a link to your hub, then you have multiple options available. (a) you can embed a link, via "anchored" text, which means you move your mouse over the "text" you choose to link to, click and drag your mouse over the "text" to highlight it, then click on the "chain-link" icon(it looks like to two chain links), it is beside the icon "disconnect"(broken links).

      You would click on the "chain-link" and a window will pop up in front of you, of which, will have two white bars, both empty. You would put the URL you want in the top bar, because it's used for linking outside of your hubs. The secondary white bar that is empty is for linking directly to your own hubs.

      (b) Is to use a link capsule, which you would cut and paste the URL into the top white bar and click the button to the far right, to import it. Then save capsule.

      If you want to write a hub here it needs to be in passable English, I am not sure you are at that point yet.
