There quite a few of the ad sources that autoplay. The ones from the Hubpages Ads Program are the only ones I've noticed doing it.
Can you tell me what ad sources you are seeing autoplay on? Screenshots would be great or just the name of the thing being advertised is fine. As I mentioned above we do not allow autoplaying of audio or video so we will remove those ads.
Hey Tim, next time I run across them, I'll be sure to write down which ads are doing it.
If this helps you track it down:
code shows current hub that ad is displayed on
This ad autoplays I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for This screen shot is after the intro, then brief slide show
upper right under Avatar ad
this one also but I'm not sure this is what your talking about
These are just flash ads correct?
Whats the The Truth Be Told Widget Box?
Tim. Saw where someone posted a request for the URL where I saw the HP ad the question must have been removed. I have that and the hubbers name if you like I can post it here or email me if you like. The hubber has 2 hubs and joined HP 11 hours ago thanks

This probably isn't a bug, but it's annoying and I wish Hubpages wouldn't do it. There is an ad which plays sound appearing on some of my hubs. I think it's a cricket ad with the sound of a bat hitting a ball, and a crowd cheering. The ad is also one which appears right at the bottom of the page,...
