Language may be the issue, Hubpages has now come down heavily on hubs that are not written in readable English. I did see a couple of your posting yesterday, my guess is your hub is moderated for the language issue, but you will get to hear from the team soon.
I also suggest you write something on your profile page and not have those commercial looking links alone, they do make your profile look spammy.
Because it takes time to manually review hubs. Moderators have to check them.
