I would like to use RSS capsule in my article. But I don't know what RSS Feed url to use. Where do get that RSS feed url from? Maybe I even ask the wrong question. All I want to know is how to use fill up the RSS capsule.  I did read up RSS doc but believe it or not, I am not much wiser with RSS.
