I followed the directions on the first page to apply for Adsense. It only asked for my name and email address--no website address or anything else. When I hit the button on the bottom of the page that said "submit" I got nothing.
I was sent back to the application page. Why didn't Adsense ask for more informaton, like my hub address?
How am I supposed to find out what next to do?
When you say the first page - the first page of where?
Adsense? The help section? Affiliate section?
Did you get an email from Adsense?
