Well I know there is so much work to be done and I'm sure it is on the list of to do things and updating the Learning center has got to be a huge project. I hope they(those who do the editing in the LC) delete items like http://learningcenter.hubpages.com/news-capsule/ at the same time they delete them from the hubs. I manually removed mine today.
I just got the email from firstname.lastname@example.org and much to my surprise I only had
2_ hubs with Too Many Product Listings
4_ hubs with Too Many Affiliate Links
23_ hubs with News Capsule Discontinued
That being said (phrase of the year) I give the system a 99% only because I did find a hub with "Too Many Affiliate Links" that it did not catch while I was deleting the News capsule capsules.
The Learning center is jammed with useful information and is a great tool to refer to refresh writers on how to write good quality hubs http://learningcenter.hubpages.com/
Also I hope we continue to get some sticky threads when new tools are added to the Learning center for those who still use it can refer too Thanks WP

It might help people to know their rights and what they should do. We have seen several hubbers say they had no idea that they could do anything.
