As I understand it, (and no one REALLY understands it) there are several factors that enter into your hubber score and your individual hub scores.

We are encouraged to write interesting, quality articles that inform, entertain, enlighten, educate and/or offer some other benefit to a reader. These articles need to conform to a set of terms established by HubPages.
In order to earn, they should be visually attractive to readers and advertisers.

That being said, scores are perhaps best viewed as an indication of personal progress. Being at 75 or above is desirable. Most people improve their scores by participation and practice.

        Hi Rochelle
Thanks so much for the answer. Also, I see some of my hubs have been declined. They have said it is the violation of terms of hubpages but the exact reason they have not cited.
How and what should I correct in these hubs?
I am just giving my url for you to see and understand what might be the mistakes in it?

        Again thanks for your help.

I did have a chance to look over some of your hubs and most of them seem to be on the same subject.

I understand that this may be your business, and something you know the most about, but because so many of them point to the same source-- they may be considered to be over-promotionial for you personally.

I would suggest that you try to write about other subjects-- and not JUST auto-transport.

Also, you use of English may be a little distracting.
I realize that you are probably not primarily an English speaker (and I do admire your ability to communicate in a language that is not your first).
One term you use repeatedly is "shift" when most English speakers would say "move". It is a small distinction, but an important one.

As I said, I am sure it is not easy to use a second language-- it is not even easy for many who grew up speaking English.
I think practice and experience  will help. I will try to answer some of your questions, but you will have to do the work.
I wish you well, keep trying.

            Hi rochelle
For example one accumulates the money in hubpages. Now he or she has a paypal account. How does a person get money in the paypal account. Is there a withdraw feature in hubpages so that it goes to our paypal account or does it go directly to our paypal account once the threshold is reached? How do I write interesting hubs so that people visit them and I get traffic and eventually the revenue?

You can only join the HP ads program if you have an active Adsense account. You automatically get paid in the month following the month you reach $50 total in the ad program.

The best way to get traffic is to write on topics that easily rank well in search engines and have good traffic don't have a lot of competition from other websites. You need to learn about Keyword Research.

                Dear Wry
I also have an adsense account but hubpages have started their own program. I was asking about that program of hubpages by which they pay by paypal.

As mentioned in my post, you need to earn $50 minimum to get payout the following month.
