I just notice that indexing of hub is very slow compare to other websites?
I want to confirm it is only with me, please suggests me how to improve indexation of hubs

The hub link you posted has been indexed.
Also, just because you publish something on Hubpages doesn't guarantee it will ever be indexed. If it's in a topic with many other articles and sites, Google may decide there are enough things indexed on that topic and not index it at all or for awhile.
On average however, quality hubs get indexed in 1-24 hours.
